Objective / Goal

The initiative aims to reduce the vulnerability of agricultural production to the effects of climate change by strengthening the capacities of rural communities. The more local farmers are informed, trained, and equipped, the more resilient and profitable their production will be, ultimately improving food security in the Thiès region of Senegal.

Activities
  1. Setting up two CEPs in Notto and Pambal Boye;
  2. Development and equipping market gardening plots for targeted groups;
  3. Training of facilitators (FdF) in the Diobass area (Notto) on climate-resilient production practices and entrepreneurship;
  4. Organization of open days and exchange visits.
