World Food Safety Day / Nagaland school celebrates with a range of “Science in action” activities
Milon School continues to champion safe and healthy food practices and promote healthy eating habits among the children who attend this school in Nagaland, India. This year, they celebrated World Food Safety Day under the theme “Science in Action”, reaffirming a school-wide commitment to sustainability, hygiene, and health.
A highlight of the event was the launch of the school’s stainless steel water bottle, in collaboration with Arie Renjanthung Patton and Act for India, as part of their ongoing mission to reduce plastic usage. Arie Renjanthung Patton also attended the occasion as the special guest, and issued a call to action for a cleaner, healthier planet.
